CSME Computer Based Exams: Voucher Scheme

A voucher is one method used to pay for an exam, like using a credit card.

The booking procedure for exams is very easy to use and has a turnaround time of 48 hours from the original booking.

Order Vouchers
The advantages include:
  • Can be purchased in quantity
  • Immediate test registration and scheduling (no credit card or check delays).
  • Can be used as payment when registering and scheduling on the internet.
  • An effective marketing tool when bundled with training.
  • When purchased centrally, eliminate the need to have individual exam takers pay and request reimbursement.
 
Voucher usage guidelines

The most practical option for many companies making multiple exam bookings will be the CSME voucher scheme. The use of vouchers is a very simple one:

  • Training Providers wishing to buy vouchers for CSME exams must specify which exam they want.
  • To redeem the vouchers the candidate or designated organizer clicks on the “Voucher Claim” button on this page and completes presented form. You will be contacted by CSME to schedule your examination at a location near you. Payment is then automatically cleared, no invoice is raised and the examination is scheduled at the requested date and time
  • A voucher costs exactly the same as an individual test
  • There is a minimum requirement of three vouchers per order and they are invoiced when ordered with 30 day terms
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable

Voucher Order Processing

The voucher department guarantees a 24 hour response time after receiving the order. Voucher orders submitted with insufficient payment information will not be considered received until the payment transaction has been completed.

All orders for 3 vouchers or more will be shipped on request via express courier, 1-day delivery in the US, and 3-days delivery outside the US. Voucher orders submitted with insufficient payment information will not be considered received until the payment transaction has been completed.
Claim Vouchers
Payment Methods
You may pay for your vouchers using a credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa or Switch Card.) or with an invoice. To speed up the process it's also possible to fax the invoice.
 
Voucher Redemption
Vouchers may be redeemed by registering for an exam.
Vouchers may be redeemed only for the CSME Certification Program for which they were purchased (vouchers are not transferable between programs).
 
Returns and Refunds
Vouchers are not returnable or refundable.
 
Voucher Expiration
CSME Vouchers expire in accordance with the program they are established.
 
Your Responsibilities
Each voucher is printed with information about the testing program for which it is valid and other terms and conditions for its use. You the purchaser are responsible for understanding this information and for communicating it to anyone to whom you supply vouchers.
 
Voucher Security
Vouchers are just like cash. You should safeguard them and track their issuance to candidates.
 
Quantity - Purchasing Minimum
There is a minimum purchase requirement of 3 vouchers per order. This policy has been introduced to improve our all-around voucher processes. Of course it is understood that sometimes there is no need to order more than one or two vouchers at one time, so this will be allowed. However, we will not send the hard copies out; you'll receive the voucher numbers by email or by fax.
