The ITIL Credit Profiler was designed to help Accredited Training Organizations and Practitioners determine a personalized and balanced route toward achieving the ITIL Expert Certificate. ITIL Expert status is granted after an individual successfully achieves 22 credits in the ITIL Qualification Scheme. Each certification passed in the ITIL V3 Qualification Scheme awards points toward the ITIL Expert Certificate. Credits are also awarded to individuals who have successfully completed past versions of ITIL certifications and ITIL bridging exams.
